Total Body Workout using Cables

Having limited equipment doesn’t mean you are limited in your workout.  Sometimes you just need some ideas to get you going.

The videos below demonstrate 8 exercises you can perform using a cable machine at the gym, or as in this case, a hotel fitness center.

  • Lat Pull Down
  • Chest Flye
  • Row to Squat
  • Shoulder Press


Video 2 –

  • Bicep Curl
  • Single Arm Tricep Extension
  • Rear Delt Cable Cross
  • Hanging Knee Raises

    Who says you need lots of equipment to get a total body workout? If you have access to a cable column with a variety of attachments, you can get a total body workout with one piece of equipment.
