Happy 4th of July! Here are a few ideas for some fun and healthy red, white and blue desserts!
- Layer blueberries, and strawberries with fresh whipped cream. (or coconut cream for dairy free)
- Make fruit skewers from strawberries, blueberries and bananas.
- Toss a fruit salad containing red, white and blue fruits – strawberries, watermelon, raspberries, blueberries, white melon, apple, pear.
And here’s a red, white and blue workout circuit to start the holiday off right! Complete 1-4 Rounds of the following circuit depending on time available. Finish with 10 minutes of sprint intervals.
July 4th is a day of celebrating the red, white and blue. As you celebrate the day with family and friends, picnics, parades and fireworks, take a few moments to look at the flag and remember those who fought, died and defended this great country and the freedoms we enjoy each day.
